ARTCASE is a creative platform for AI-designed phone cases. To keep it safe, legal, and respectful for everyone, we require all users to follow these content guidelines when creating designs.
We believe creativity should be free, but also responsible. Our content policy exists to protect our users, third parties, and ARTCASE itself from legal liability and harm. By using our AI design tools, you agree to create only content that complies with this policy.
Our automated systems and human reviewers may flag, remove, or block content that violates these guidelines. We continuously improve our moderation tools, including AI-based copyright detection.
Copyright Infringement:
- Do not reproduce or adapt copyrighted characters (e.g., Mickey Mouse, Spider-Man, Pikachu, Harry Potter).
- Do not copy artwork, illustrations, or photography created by others.
- Do not incorporate song lyrics, book excerpts, or other copyrighted text without permission.
Trademark Infringement:
- Do not use brand logos, wordmarks, or brand identifiers (e.g., Nike swoosh, Apple logo, Coca-Cola, Starbucks).
- Do not use sports team names, logos, or jersey numbers in a commercial context without authorization.
- Do not create designs likely to cause consumer confusion with established brands.
Right of Publicity / Privacy:
- Do not use the name, image, voice, or likeness of any living or deceased person without their explicit consent.
- This includes celebrities, athletes, politicians, and private individuals.
Note: Parody and commentary may be protected under the First Amendment in some cases, but such determinations are complex. When in doubt, create original content.
The following types of content are strictly prohibited on ARTCASE:
Hate Speech & Discrimination
Content that demeans, threatens, or promotes hatred toward individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic.
Violence & Threats
Content that glorifies, promotes, or depicts graphic violence, terrorism, or that constitutes a threat toward any person or group.
Sexually Explicit Content
Pornographic, sexually explicit, or obscene content of any kind is strictly prohibited.
Harassment & Defamation
Content designed to harass, bully, intimidate, or defame specific individuals.
Illegal Content
Content that promotes, depicts, or facilitates illegal activities, including drug use, weapons manufacturing, human trafficking, or any other criminal conduct.
Content Involving Minors
Any sexually suggestive or exploitative content involving minors is absolutely prohibited and will be reported to appropriate authorities.
By submitting a design, you represent and warrant that:
- You are the original creator, or have obtained all necessary rights and licenses for every element in your design.
- Your design does not violate any applicable law or regulation.
- You have verified that your design complies with this Content Policy.
You accept full legal responsibility for the content you create and submit. ARTCASE acts as a platform facilitator and is not liable for user-generated content that violates third-party rights.
ARTCASE reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to:
- Refuse to process or print any design that violates this policy.
- Cancel orders and issue refunds where prohibited content is detected.
- Remove designs from a user's account without prior notice.
- Suspend or permanently ban user accounts for repeated or egregious violations.
- Report content to relevant law enforcement or intellectual property rights holders when required.
Our AI moderation systems automatically screen prompts before generation. Human review may also occur during order processing. False positives may occur. If you believe your design was incorrectly flagged, please contact us.
