Production takes 2-5 business days, then standard shipping takes 4-6 business days. Total delivery: 6-11 business days from order to your door.

Every case is custom-made specially for you. Because of this, we do not hold inventory and cannot accept returns or exchanges for wrong phone model selection or buyer's remorse.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at info@studiotlabs.com with a photo of the issue.
We will issue a free replacement or a full refund for any manufacturing error.

Wrong Phone Model

Since every case is custom printed for a specific device, we cannot offer exchanges for the wrong phone model. Please double-check that you selected the correct iPhone or Samsung Galaxy model before placing your order.

Copyright & Trademark Policy

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders containing designs that infringe on third-party intellectual property rights, including but not limited to trademarked brand names, logos, copyrighted characters, or celebrity likenesses.

If an order is cancelled due to copyright concerns, a full refund will be issued. However, we are not responsible for any other damages, delays, or inconveniences caused by such cancellations.
