Privacy Policy

Effective Date: January 1, 2026  |  Last Updated: October 5, 2026

Operated by STUDIOT LABS LLC

ARTCASE is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights, particularly for users in the United States.

ARTCASE is a service operated by STUDIOT LABS LLC ("we", "our", "us") at artcase.studio. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your personal information when you visit our website or place an order. By using our Service, you consent to the practices described in this policy.

Personal Information (PII):

  • Name, email address, shipping address, phone number (when registering or ordering)
  • Account credentials (email and authentication tokens)

Payment Information:

We do not store credit card numbers or full payment details. All payments are processed securely by Stripe. See Stripe's privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy.

Usage & Technical Data:

  • Browser type, operating system, IP address, device identifiers
  • Pages visited, clicks, session duration, referral URLs
  • Cookies and similar tracking technologies

AI & Design Data:

  • Text prompts you enter into the design tool
  • AI-generated designs saved to your account (My Designs)
  • Reference images and logos you upload

Design data may be used in anonymized, aggregated form to improve our AI models. We will never share your identifiable designs with third parties without your consent.

  • To process and fulfill orders (production, shipping, customer service)
  • To operate and improve our AI design tools and platform
  • To send transactional emails (order confirmations, shipping updates)
  • To send marketing communications (with your consent; you may opt out anytime)
  • To detect, prevent, and investigate fraud or policy violations
  • To comply with applicable laws and legal obligations
  • To analyze usage patterns and improve user experience

We do not sell your personal information for money. We do share limited identifiers and browsing activity with advertising platforms for targeted advertising, which California law treats as “sharing” — see “Cookies & Advertising” below and the opt-out offered there. We otherwise share your information only as follows:

  • Printful: Our print-on-demand fulfillment partner receives your shipping address and order details to produce and ship your order.
  • Stripe: Payment processing. Your card details go directly to Stripe. We never see them.
  • Cloud & Infrastructure: Hosting, storage, and image processing services (under strict data processing agreements).
  • Analytics: Anonymized usage data may be shared with analytics providers (e.g., aggregate trends).
  • Legal Obligations: If required by law, court order, or to protect our legal rights.
  • Business Transfer: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, user data may be transferred to the new entity.

We use cookies and similar technologies (local storage, session tokens) to maintain your session, remember preferences, and analyze usage. You may disable cookies in your browser settings, but some features of the Service may not function correctly.

We also use Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity (session replays and heatmaps, with typed text and form fields masked) and the Meta (Facebook) and TikTok advertising pixels. These place cookies and send your device identifier, IP address and the pages you visit to Google, Meta and TikTok, who use that activity to measure our advertising and to show you our ads on their platforms. This is cross-context behavioral advertising, and under California law it counts as “sharing” your personal information.

You can turn this off at any time. Use the “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link in the footer of any page. We also honor the Global Privacy Control browser signal automatically — if your browser sends it, analytics and the advertising pixels never load. Turning this off does not affect your ability to design, order or receive your case.

We implement industry-standard security measures including SSL/TLS encryption in transit, secure access controls, and regular security reviews. However, no method of internet transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, please contact us immediately at info@studiotlabs.com.

Depending on your state of residence, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:

Right to Correct: Request correction of inaccurate personal information.

Right to Opt-Out: Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information for targeted advertising (we do not currently sell data, but you may still request this).

When you create designs using our AI tools, you represent that you own or have permission to use all content elements involved. You are solely responsible for ensuring your designs do not infringe any third-party trademarks, copyrights, or other rights.

Designs stored in your account are private to you. We will not share your specific designs publicly without your permission.

Our Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete such information promptly. If you believe a child under 13 has submitted information to us, please contact us at info@studiotlabs.com.

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Order data is retained for a minimum of 7 years for tax and legal compliance purposes. You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time, subject to our legal retention obligations.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the effective date. For material changes, we may also send an email notification to registered users.
